Cancellation
Cancel with 14 days’ notice before the end of your term, in writing or directly in the app. You keep full access until the end of the paid period.

How does the trial work?
Every new subscription starts with a 14-day trial with every feature. You add your payment method at the start so billing can begin automatically after the trial.
What does “one license per LinkedIn account” mean?
Each license is assigned to exactly one LinkedIn account. To connect another account, you need another license. The bundle includes one Recruiting and one Sales license.
Can I add more licenses later?
Yes, to your active subscription. During the trial, extra licenses are free until it ends.
Which terms are there, and how much do I save?
You can pay monthly, quarterly or annually. Quarterly saves you about 10%, annually about 20% compared with the monthly price.
How do I cancel?
With 14 days’ notice before the end of your current term, in writing or via the cancellation feature in the app. You can keep using the software until the end of the paid period.
Do I get a refund if I cancel?
Under our Terms, fees already paid for the current billing period are not refunded pro rata, unless the termination is due to circumstances we are responsible for.
How do I pay?
Payment is handled by the payment provider Stripe. You’ll see the payment methods available to you at checkout. Invoices are sent electronically.
What about VAT?
Prices exclude the applicable statutory VAT. The offer is aimed exclusively at businesses.
Can I redeem a voucher code?
Yes, checkout has a field for voucher codes.
Can the price change?
We announce price changes six weeks before the start of a new billing period. If the price goes up, you can cancel before then.
