Yes. You get a 14-day trial with every feature. You add a payment method at the start; you’re only billed afterwards. Just sign up yourself, no need to talk to us first.

Go to the login page. You can reset the password for your Secret AI Agent account there yourself. If it still doesn’t work, write to us from the e-mail address you registered with.

The platform runs on servers in Falkenstein and Nuremberg. AI processing involves service providers, including outside the EU. It’s all laid out openly on the privacy and security page.

The contract under Art. 28 GDPR is Annex 1 to the Terms. It becomes part of the contract when you accept the Terms and needs no separate signature.
